Hotel a Lynch Station

“The breakfast menu is sufficient, but no hot food available. The staff was very nice. ”

“Good breakfast .. stayed 2 nights. Lady at the desk at check-in was very nice. Parking was easy. Room was clean. Loved having a walk-in shower. Just missed having a hand held shower head. Would stay there again”

“My room was very dusty and there were two dead bugs (small) that somehow housekeeping missed. Also, there's no closet--only hangers. It was fine with just me but if my husband was traveling too, that would have been an issue for our clothes. I found breakfast unappealing but maybe that's just me. Overall, it's okay. I wouldn't stay there again but I'm really picky with hotels.”

“We stayed there at Christmas, because our family is all there and this last stay was to bury our son after a tragic death. I was shocked to see the rate had doubled due to a Liberty U. event. How is that fair to guests that choose your property in a time of need? We'll re-think our next trip to Lynchburg and check out a VRBO. One suggestion, would be to replace the chairs in the rooms with something that is comfortable. Have you ever tried spending any time on your computer in one of those...

“The room was clean, and area was safe! Only complaint was that the ac didn't work it got hot in the room. ”

“Very simple but clean room, fresh breakfast and easy parking. No stairs so it was very convenient. Fridge and microwave in room, clean towels. Water bottles provided”

“Room was clean but old. Property is under renovation which is not mentioned online. Also no breakfast, only coffee. Needs a good up to date Reno on rooms. Also keurig coffee maker in room only brews half a cup of coffee so I wouldn’t waste my time using it. The fridge did come in handy for outside drinks tho. Thank you to the staff which were all very polite and friendly!”

“Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and extremely small. Room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage and rubbery eggs with hard French toast. Waffles were good. Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. Yes I understand it that it's a Christian holiday for some but for the rest of the world that doesn't celebrate Christian holidays this is a...

“NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER THIS MORNING”

“The staff was on the phone and inattentive while checking us in. Zero hospitality. The room was so basic. You could see the metal bedframe. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We called and asked for a new room and they were matter of fact and said we don’t have another room. And offered for us to check out for a refund. 4 days later the “refund manager” still hasn’t called us ”

“I was in room 707. The shower water temperature could not be changed from scorching hot. The heat did not work. The phone did not work. The keys were difficult for entry. There was no available parking at the building. Very disappointing for the rate of the room.”
